Executive Assistant
Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and wider Executive Team. The role ensures leadership can focus on strategic priorities by managing schedules, anticipating needs, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Acting as a central point of coordination, the EA supports effective communication, organisation, and collaboration across the business.
Please note this a hybrid role and you will be required to be office based (Leatherhead) for at least three days a week.

By anticipating needs, managing key administrative functions, and supporting leadership with high-quality materials and coordination, the EA enables the Executive Team to operate efficiently and focus on delivering the company’s strategic goals. The role drives organisational efficiency, collaboration, and effective decision-making.

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
- Strong prioritisation and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrator.
- Supporting C-Suite or senior leaders (desirable).
- Exposure to projects, research, or operational coordination (desirable).
- Background in tech-driven or corporate environments (advantageous).
- Business administration qualifications are a plus but not essential.
